Every SUSPENDED piece is made to order, crafted specifically for you using premium materials. This means zero waste from overproduction and a garment that's freshly made for your order.
Production & Delivery
How It Works
Made to Order
Each item is produced when you place your order. Production typically takes 2 to 5 business days. Because we only produce what's ordered, there is no overstock waste.
Shipped to You
Once your item is produced and passes quality control, it's shipped directly to your door. Delivery times depend on your location (see table below).
Tracking Included
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

* Delivery times are estimates and do not include production time (2 to 5 business days). Total time from order to delivery is typically 5 to 12 business days for European orders. Customs duties may apply for orders outside the EU/EEA.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
We want you to love your SUSPENDED piece. If it's not right, we'll make it right. Our return policy complies with the EU/EEA Consumer Rights Directive and Norwegian consumer protection law (angrerettloven).
14-Day Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return any item within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason. The withdrawal period starts the day you receive your package. To exercise this right, contact us at suspendedwear@gmail.com before sending anything back.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reduce the refund if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect the product.
Return Shipping
For standard returns (change of mind, sizing), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, we cover everything. Just contact us and we will arrange it.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 14 days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few additional days for your bank to process the transaction.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described, you do not need to return it. Simply contact us at suspendedwear@gmail.com within 14 days with photos of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund, no return shipping required.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at suspendedwear@gmail.com with a photo. We will send the correct item at no additional cost. You do not need to return the wrong item.
Exchanges
Wrong Size?
We're happy to exchange your item for a different size. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll arrange a size swap. Return the original item in unused condition and we'll ship the new size as soon as we receive it.
Tip
Not sure about your size?
All our pieces have a relaxed, oversized fit. Check the size guide for exact garment measurements before ordering. If you're between sizes, we recommend going with the smaller size for a less oversized look.

How to Return or Exchange
Contact Us
Email suspendedwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Let us know if you'd like a refund or an exchange.
We Respond
We will reply within 1 to 2 business days. For standard returns, we will provide a return address and instructions. For defective items, just include photos. No return needed.
Ship It Back
For standard returns, send the item back in unused, original condition. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking number.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll process your refund or ship your exchange within 14 days. Refunds go to your original payment method.
